SIMPLE PAST

                                                                          SIMPLE PAST

Is the verb tense used to narrate events in the past. You could say that is equivalent to our Past continuous (sang, sang, sang ....). In most verbs is formed by adding-ed to the end. For example, "Cook-> cooked", "Jump-> jumped" and is invariable for all people. In others, the so-called irregular verbs, the form is different, like "EAT> ate" or "run-> ran". Irregular verbs are fairly common, so it is advisable learned by heart as soon as possible, so you can form the past tense of any verb. Negatively takes the auxiliary "did not (did not)" without altering the verb ("I did not jump," never * "I did not jumped") and also the auxiliary auxiliary form "did you use "altering the order of the sentence and the verb in base form (" did you jum
